Haven't let me down at all -- just haven't been working since mid-March so haven't had any dry cleaning. But I will be back!
Dear Balfurd Staff: Please understand that because of working at home and a more casual life we’re leading now, there is no need to clean and starch shirts as before. With my husband’s retirement soon, that is going to be the case from now on. So know it isn’t you and the fine work you do, it is the situation we are experiencing now. If you can pick up and wash/dry a bed cover (cotton comforter), we would Iike to get that done by you. I received your E-mail asking whether you "let me down" in any way. I've always received excellent service from Balfurd! The reason I'm not using the service right now is because I'm required to work at home. I'm just wearing jeans and t-shirts instead of suits and dress shirts. I realize that this probably hurts your business, but I promise to come back as soon as the world returns to normal!

You consistently do a very good job; however, the charge for an ordinary cleaning of a relatively inexpensive shirt, even if it is a designer brand, seems exorbitant. $18?
