The receipt did not show details of regular price per shirt and then reflect 20% discount that was offered and confirmed. I asked cashier if I got discount which she confirmed but did not offer details. My previous experience with cleaners has shown more details and transparency on receipts.

My coat needed extra attention b/c of a stain of some sort. The associate listened to my concerns left instructions on how to treat it. I was very pleased that the stain was completely removed.

I sent a treasured polyester king size blanket to be cleaned. Similar blankets have come back completely ruined so I made sure to include a note to dry clean it! The blanket came back this week looking great. Thank you, Balfurds! You are the best!!! Elizabeth G. State College
