The laundry service is very convenient and reliable. BUT, it does not get clothes as clean as I do in my machine at home. After about 2 months, all my whites are looking dingy. The folding is inconsistent. I am also not a fan of the smell of the laundry detergent they use. It does not smell fresh. Not terribly eco friendly either, since they wrap small folded bundles it a ton of cellophane.
