Cleaning completed promptly. Spot could not be removed, but I had predicted that to myself since it had been in the fabric for quite some time.

I went in for a replacement zipper (it was broken and stuck), but they fixed it right there without replacing the whole zipper (just the one part). I thought I’d be without my ski jacket for at least a week, but they got it done right there for only 6 bucks. I walked out with it. Thank you!!!
