The in-person contact was great BUT when I called earlier to see if the uniform was ready to pick up, the woman who answered the phone told me that she had already told me that it was ready??? I responded that "no, when I called last week, when it was suppose to be done, you informed me that there was a problem with a boiler and I was to check back again in a couple of days". No apology was given....just "I'll check to see if it's ready." This employee needs some customer service training.

Both the individuals I dealt with were delightful and very helpful. I was also pleased with the outcome of the piece of clothing that was dry cleaned.

I brought in a wool overcoat that my wife got me from the thrift store as an early Christmas gift. I was happy with the result, and felt the turnaround time was very reasonable. I would recommend this business to a friend and I would use them again in the future.
