Balfurd staff is very professional and friendly. I have entrusted them with some precious family clothing items recently (christening gowns, wedding items and antique doll clothes, etc)- which were taken care of as if it were their own belongings!

I had a dry clean only tablecloth which was washed in the washing machine by a well meaning son...it was totally ruined and wrinkled beyond belief. As a last resort I decided to try Balfords to see of they could do do anything and they were true miracle workers! It is perfect!!!!! I could not be happier.
