I handed my hat to be re-banded, to Lisa. She took exquisite care, and I was amazed to find the condition it was in upon return! I will keep this service in mind for future alterations! Also, the young lady at checkout, who's name escapes me, was very friendly and accommodating, even as I forgot my return slip!
