Balfurd Dry Cleaners provides a great service to several employees here at Kish Bank on North Atherton and Green Tech Drive. Our employees bring their dry cleaning bags to the office, Balfurd picks it up, and Balfurd returns the garments in a very timely manner then bills each employee individually. And, most importantly, your Balfurd Service Tech is always pleasant and efficient.
The ladies at front desk are nice and patient.
I was very glad Balfurd Cleaners offered the preservation services that they do. Another cleaner quoted me a price 10 times the price I paid and told me it would have to be shipped to Chicago. Not something I wanted to do with a handknit Christening gown. Thank you Balfurd's.
I did like that I could get what I needed done quickly. It was not so great I couldn't get the Towering done I need it done I had a broken belt loop that need it fixed that was unable to be done it would have taken 2 weeks they said to have something as simple as this repaired. Otherwise the rest of my service was great my suits are clean my shirts for pressed everything look nice. $67 that have two suits 2 shirts and two ties cleaned the suits only being a jacket and a pair of pants seems a little outrageous to me it's the... read more
The customer service I receive is wonderful. I am always warmly greeted by every staff member every time I walk into your store.
Great service and the delivery driver was very friendly and had dog treats waiting for my dogs. Will definitely be using this service again.
Everything went well and my dry cleaning only took two days!
