I insist on having my all sport coats altered at Balfurds because they employ top notch specialists who consistently fulfill my demands. They are fastidious & efficient in everything they do...from simple button replacements to major suit alterations. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I was greeted with respect and courtesy. I was asked if a specific day and time would suit my schedule. To my surprise my clothes were actually ready the next day. Overall my experience from drop off to pickup was excellent.

I went there to get a zipper fixed, that my husband broke. Also had the jacket cleaned at the same time. They did an amazing job with the zipper, no difference visible to the original one. I would highly recommend them.
