The work done was perfect. The fact that the work was done and I wasn't contacted was disappointing and compounded by the fact that my pants were lost. But the manager worked diligently to retrieve them and, although it took over three weeks for an alteration I now have a usable pair of pants.
They do a super job and I love the pickup and delivery
