We were spending a couple hundred dollars a month at Arya (look up our account at 619-980-6775), but the service was great and people were friendly. However, it got to be that the costs were extremely excessive. The last straw was when I was charge a $20 "rush fee" for an order of $250 and wasn't told that by asking for my clothes in 3 days it was considered a rush. I have a new cleaners now. Brought in two military coveralls with name tapes, ranking devices, and warfare devices to be sewn on. I was not given an estimate and then received a bill of $152 upon completion. I will never bring my military uniforms back here. $10 per patch for military is absurd. I expressed my frustration with not being given an estimate beforehand and for the steep price and all I received was an apology, but now you can dish out $20 off coupons just because I haven't been in recently? Seems backwards.
Never shows up!
Brought in a couple pair of pants for a hem and to be laundered and pressed for a business trip this week, picked up my pants and only the hem job was completed. I asked multiple times when dropping off that all would be completed and I was assured it would.
Service is Excellent! Suggestion for Consideration; Due to most working family members are to be at work by 9AM and their dealing with traffice going and coming home. I suggest adjusting your hours of operations to 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM. I am certain if changed; your clients' will rejoice and, with such adjustment in operational hours your clientee will increase; as those hours are more convenient to a majority.
Men’s suit you have to re do because there were still several stains
I wasted my money on paying for something I didn't get. Ironing ny pants and if If Wasn't in a hurry to catch my flight I wouldn't paid for the wasting my time. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
They removed a stain that I thought was impossible to remove.
I got a text saying that my shirts were ready for picked so before making my way over and I looked for their store hours on their website it said that they were open from 7am to 7 pm. I headed down to Arya cleaners at 6:30pm and the store was closed. Even on the front window it says 7:00 to 7:00 . When I asked the next day she told me due to the Corona virus they are closing at 6 pm. I just want them to change their hours on their website or on their front door so they don’t waste people’s time.
