First time and last time. I dry cleaned two silk king size comforters, this is the results: winkles, shrunk, no treatments at all, worse than throw into my own washier and dryer… even though I paid $110…will never go back.
Hi…I received a “we miss you!” Email…the reason I have not been back is because the last time I was there I had a very poor interaction with the clerk attending the clients…I had a discount I received via email…I believe it was a 20% and she refused to accept it…she gave me all kinds of excuses why the coupon was not valid so I didn’t appreciate her attitude and unwillingness to validate the discount so I decided to take my business somewhere else. Since you asked I thought I would let you know.
Overpriced! Two summer dress: $43.81! Ridiculous! -The short white linen dress was $29.54! Not sure of assistant name-her customer service was not the issue.
Both times you have e-mailed me coupons, you have failed to honor them at checkout. I will be taking my business to another location.
