I've been an American Dry Cleaners' customer since the mid-1980's. They have always done an excellent job. This past week, I had one jacket that came back, missing a button (which is rare for American Dry Cleaners). I called; they found the button, and I returned with the jacket for their seamstress to sew on the button, and strengthen the other buttons. All at no charge. I'm so grateful that they stand by their service.
