I just just moved to Charlotte & American Dry Cleaner was extremely accommodating my first phone call I had the pleasure of speaking to Lauren she was polite and professional and was able to have my shirts pressed the same day which I desperately need. I was able to meet Lauren when I walked in and she was great and I went back the next day with more items that Lauren accommodated me with. The customer service was great. The young lady was polite . I felt the cost for cleaning one plain dress was a bit over the top!
