The clothes were cleaned and spotted. As usual American’s work was excellent and timely! I am glad that they have been able to stay open during this pandemic!

Service is always good. However, during this past visit for pickup, three red garment bags that we sent our clothes in could not be found. Instead, two smaller bags were given to us. A week prior to this visit we called and in formed staff we were missing the red bags at which time we were told this would be taken care of.
