I pay more for your service so, I expect better service. Again you lost a decorative button to one of my shirts. Instead of you telling me, I had to tell you. Shirts were again dingy, I would expect you to ask if they needed soaked. Shirts were miss buttoned when returned. When I was visiting a town in Colorado, they de-pilled my sweaters, called to say they found a spot - at the same cost. Been using you all for years and am satisfied with the service. The only problem that keeps reoccurring is the pants getting creased properly! That’s about it except I am afraid you are pricing yourselves out of the market!!!
