I’ve always been very pleased with my experience here. They have always finished my suits in a reasonable amount of time and they have always done a great job of cleaning and taking care of them.
The pickup and delivery service is convenient and efficient. Our concern is that despite including reminder notes, Admiral washes, rather than dry clean jeans. As a result, jeans, particularly black jeans, fade to grey, which is what we try to avoid by dry cleaning.
Shirts were cleaned and starched just the way we asked.
A great experience from drop off to pickup. Very friendly and personable staff. The text message alerting me that my clothes were ready for pickup was most helpful.
Mans shirts are great but ironing on female shirts are not so good.
I appreciated the customer service and timely fashion. I will comment it is a pricey establishment though.
Admiral Cleaners are true professionals. We have used other cleaners in the past but none can compare to Admiral. The staff both in the store and the delivery service are polite and professional. We are customers for life!
