Steve Plantone is an absolute terrible representation of this business. I will never use their services again. We originally called in about their dry cleaning services because we needed a couple suits dry cleaned. The lady on the phone explained if we drop off before 10am, they will be ready same day (around 3pm-4pm). I dropped off the suits at 8:30am and later that day around 4:30pm still had not heard anything so I called in to check.
