Fast and convenient. Took my son's suit to be ready for a dance the day before. They had ready for me the next morning. Cheaper than I thought it would cost for a last minute cleaning.
My clothes and dining linens are always fresh and sparkly clean, and not overstarched. The staff is friendly and the prices are affordable. They know how to clean your items without damaging them. They are also very timely also. Thanks Cleaner World!
Definitely one of the best in the area. I traveled for work a lot, so I would drop off before work in between trips and have my clothes back after 4pm the same day, no matter how much I dropped off. The employees are extremely pleasant and professional. I never had any issues with my clothing; they were always well cleaned. I recently moved and A Cleaner World is definitely one of the things I miss about Greensboro!
My family and I have used A Cleaner World for a very long time, and I have always had a good experience with them. My clothes always come back very fresh and well laundered. The people who work here are also extremely nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend A Cleaner World for dry cleaning services!
Worse place to go to ! Employees are unprofessional and awful! Management is even worse ... who employs these people ?? It's unreal how these people have jobs. Do yourself a favor and find a cleaners that gives better customer service and better quality work. This isn't one of them.
Took a coat here for dry cleaning and upon pick-up, I noticed some grease on the sleeve. Store manager told me that they could not do anything about it and I should take it to Shore's Dry Cleaning on New Garden Road (which I understand is owned by A Cleaner World). Unaware of their "We clean it or it's FREE" policy, I begrudgingly took my coat to Shore's on New Garden and they cleaned it completely, I just had to pay more at Shore's. I responded with a kind offer to refund the cleaning price which was met with the following response from the "customer". >>Since my coat did not initially go in with grease on it's sleeve, any refund would have to include the cost of the original cleaning, the cleaning at Shore's, as well as a stipend for the time and effort for 2 round trips over to Shore's for drop-off and then pick-up. A world no cleaner than before - this should be the name of this dry cleaners. I am beginning to wonder if they actually dry clean the clothes or if they just shake and air them out a bit. My jackets are coming back slightly fresher but not cleaned. I was getting suspicious and sent in a jacket with a small food spot on the arm and creases in the sleeve from rolling them. Three words: avoid this place. We started going to this dry cleaner about six months ago after our cleaner of 12 years closed. In the 12 years at the other place, I can think of 2 occasions where we had a problem. With A Cleaner World, it's been one issue after another. First, there is a good chance that this place will either crack or lose a button from your shirt or pants.
