I brought in two items to be dry cleaned. One was fine. The other was an off white short fleece jacket. There was a only a mark on the back of the jacket. When I got it home I could see the same mark unchanged through the blue bag! Needed to return again and wait again days before I can get it back. Doesn't anyone look over the garment for something obvious like this before letting the customer return to get it?? I am let down by lack of quality control and unnecessary time spent on my part.

The worst experience ever. I would select zero stars if possible. This was the first time I used A Cleaner World after moving to this area. All that was needed was pressing a set of drapery panels. The pressing took 3 weeks and them only one of the panels came back from the central plant. After another week the second one returned with stains. The people working there have been and continue to be extremely nice and professional. However, $18 + charge for one pair of pants and one sweater was shocking enough to make me want to explore another cleaners.
Lost one of my suits.
Couldn’t find my clothes from the same order. Clothes not ready for over a week. Losing faith in this dry cleaners
