Very disappointed that wife took brand new dress shirts to Zikers to dry clean them to remove the original fold marks. Signage at the counter showed around $5/shirt. When my picked up the charge was double with no reason from the clerk. The clerk would check with manager and let us know. The next day, the reason double the price was the shirts had to be hand done. Once home and plastic wrap removed, a small envelope had 5 out of 12 plastic collar stays and others were not in the shirts! Zikers emailed us Monday request... read more
Ziker has made a huge improvement in the quality and speed of our clothing and bedding. I appreciate the warm and welcoming smiles that Theresa and Shirley give me, and I think the additional benefit of having alterations made in the same location will be handy. Looking forward to visiting this fine business in 2025!
One thing that will influence my rating is how happy I am that Ziker evidenced the incisive wisdom to keep previous employees at work; I say this because there was already an amiable relationship in place and because of that, I simply experienced the same courtesy, friendliness, and service I have grown accustomed to having.
