I dropped my order off on a Friday and was asked if I needed it before the following Wednesday. I was in no hurry and told the woman Wednesday would be fine. I actually received a text on Tuesday that my cleaning was already done. I very much appreciated knowing my order was ready - it saved me an extra trip later in the week. The staff there is extremely courteous and polite. Great service!!
Great dry cleaning experience over all. Had a king size down comforter cleaned. This is my first experience with Ziker and I am very happy with everything—friendly service, technology (text notifications etc). Also happy to know a tailor is in house.
Excellent customer service. My garments that I had some alterations, and cleaning work done, were absolutely amazing, and was competed as schedule for pick up. I had many seamstress do alterations work on my suits, pants, and shirts that I was not completely satisfied with their work. Ziker Cleaner & Joe’s Tailor in my opinion is one of the best. I highly recommend their services.
Very disappointed that wife took brand new dress shirts to Zikers to dry clean them to remove the original fold marks. Signage at the counter showed around $5/shirt. When my picked up the charge was double with no reason from the clerk. The clerk would check with manager and let us know. The next day, the reason double the price was the shirts had to be hand done. Once home and plastic wrap removed, a small envelope had 5 out of 12 plastic collar stays and others were not in the shirts! Zikers emailed us Monday request... read more
Aiden was amazing! My dress has a tear and he was able to get me in for a rush same day repair. You can't see where the tear was at all. Excellent service, fast, affordable, very friendly people!
