They do excellent work. I had them repair a cellphone case because the straps came unstitched. I got it back better than new. I plan on getting my Army uniforms Altered with them soon. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I recently had 2 pairs of jeans shortened. I chatted with the alterations lady and she assured me she could make the shortened hems look like the ‘original’ hems, and she did just that. She said it might take 2 weeks but probably less. It only took several days. Very happy with the customer service and the final results. Just a bit on the pricy side, in my opinion, for such an easy seeing task. Just wish I had a sewing machine.
Judy has done a thorough work on my jumpsuit. Very detailed and helpful with suggestions for the best outcome. Truly Judy is caring and professional in her relationship with the customers. Thank you for your help.
Everyone was pleasant. Judy did a fantastic job sizing down my daughter’s pageant dress and completed the work faster than predicted. We will definitely go back again if needed.
My shirts always come back perfectly pressed, and the staff at the Stevensville location are very friendly. Recently used Judy for alterations and she did a terrific job on a pair of golf shorts. Very quick service (2 days) and she was very pleasant.
