Right now I’m puzzled because when I dropped off two winter coats I told the attendant I was going out of town and wouldn’t pick up order until May 1st. She was going to put a note on my order and May 1st pick up was fine. Have gotten several ‘gentle’ reminders that order is done and still sitting. Did the note not get put on order OR does your system not have ability to read the notes. I’ll be picking these up tomorrow, May 1st, but the reminders were irritating.

We do offer the option to turn off all texts and emails if you prefer. I’m upset at the cost, I didn’t even pay that much for the blanket. On the other hand the employees are doing a good job.
