I was greeted warmly by Michele at the Portage Rd location. She took my garments and offered me a discount due to it being for the fire department. She got me in the system as a new customer and I was on my way. I picked up my garments the next morning and saw Michele again who was just as delightful and friendly as the day before. She is fantatastic.
