I have been utilizing Ziker Dry Cleaning services for over 30 years. Our family has always been very pleased. I have met a lot of dedicated and wonderful employees over this time span. One of the employees I would like to highlight is Sonsaray. She is located at the Portage branch in South Bend. She is always pleasant, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. She is definitely an asset as an employee. We need more people like her in this world.

t is absolutely absurd that you cannot use a coupon unless you tell the employee about it before hand. What's the difference? A coupon on the website should be applicable whenever it is shared. My experience this morning, with an employee, who would not accept my coupon left a bad taste in my mouth. You just lost a customer.
