Needed rush alterations for a ball gown. I called Ziker in a panic ( my regular seamstress had to cancel my job due to a flooded shop). I was stressing for sure! Kelly answered my panicking call.... when I say she was AWESOME! That's understating it! She got me scheduled for the same day. Made me aware that there would be an additional charge for the rush! I had my wedding dress altered here and it turned out perfect! Liz and Jenny handled the alterations. I bought the dress off the rack so it needed to be brought in (a ton!) and hemmed. I also asked to have a corset back and bustle added. It all came together perfectly. The process was painless and simple, which is always a plus. I highly recommend this team for wedding dress alterations!
Jennie did an excellent job hemming my bridesmaids dress. She came in ahead of schedule and the length was perfect. It was a smooth process for the initial try on as well as pick up. My only complaint is the price seemed a bit steep being classified as a two layer dress, even though both layers are straight and simple without ruffles or beading. Other large tailoring shops priced out similarly, but I do wonder if going to a private seamstress would have been a more reasonable price given that it was a quicker job.
I needed a last minute dress alteration and Jennie was able to get it completed same day! She did amazing! I will always go to silver for future alterations
I took my favorite winter coat in because the slide on the zipper had come off. Ziker fixed it for $9, which I thought was a little high, but I was very happy with the results. Plus, they got it back to me sooner than the two weeks that they said they needed! I can sew, but if there is a repair that I cannot do, I will go back to Zikers.
