This place is clean and very organized. Everything is computerized so there is always exact record of everything. You get a text when your cleaning is ready, which is very handy. The manager and workers are intelligent and pleasant. Their cost per item seems to be right around average for Austin cleaning. I love them.
I recently had a major pickup of laundry and dry cleaning at the West Lake store on Bee Caves. It would have taken me three trips to get all of it to the car. The young man behind the counter noted the load and my age (83) and insisted on carrying it all to my car. Fortnately I was parked in front so he didnt have to leave the shop out of line of his site. And I always find this service there...they are friendly and attentive.
This used to be my go-to place for high-end items. I brought my wedding dress here for dry cleaning and am incredibly heartbroken by the result and how the situation has been handled. When I first gave Westbank the dress, I ensured they had experience with specialty dry cleaning, as the label on my dress required. They assured me they would take care of it, including foiling over each button/gem. However, upon receiving the dress, I noticed a button was missing.
