A garment had been mislaid, which in the thousands of articles of clothing they process daily, is bound to happen once in awhile. We noticed it was missing. It was an expensive item. I called Westbank, and I believe it was Diana who took the call. She made a major project out of looking for the item and eventually found it, and made a trip back to our house to return it. We feel fortunate for the extra effort made and the success in finding this item. Thank you, Westbank.
If I could rate this as a zero I would. If you have anything of value do NOT bring it here. Not only will they ruin it, they don't even take any accountability or even call you back. I dropped off a one of a kind dress that I purchased in italy not to get cleaned - just to get ironed. The dress VERY clearly had extensive pleats. And I asked that the pleats be re-established because it was wrinkled. They ironed all the pleats flat! And ruined the dress. Never had a problem here. I never bring my ultra expensive clothes, just in case, but overall they get rid of all stains without destroying anything.
