A few comments about this place. (1) The people who work the counter are nice, (2) The prices have gotten way out of control, so we've actually shifted a lot of our dry cleaning to different stores - we use Westbank only when we absolutely need to, (3) They have ruined a noticeable number of our clothes over the years. They are generally good about reimbursement, but just notable. I’ve been using them for years, and their already-great service keeps getting better. Pickup and delivery are always on time, and they give plenty of notice about holiday closures. On the rare occasions I’ve had to call, someone was always available. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional and Rude Service On February 12, I brought 23 comforters, blankets, and duvets to this dry cleaner for my clients. The employee was rude from the start. As I struggled to take out my phone to provide the account number—having recently undergone a double mastectomy—I asked where I could place the comforters. He dismissively told me to put them on the floor. When I asked for a cart, he refused and grabbed them from me, throwing them onto the counter. I have been a customer of Westbank Dry Cleaning for a long time and am very pleased with that company. They are very reliable and dependable. I plan to continue to use their delivery service as long as it's available.

If I could give a zero star, I would I've lived in Austin for over 20 years. I've had two pieces of High end-clothing Totaling about $700 that have been ruined by Westbank Cleaners . Charles, who is their manager seems to work kind of behind the scenes to keep the establishment from having to pay for these errors In both instances, he asked to see my clothing with the first mistake.
