If I could rate this as a zero I would. If you have anything of value do NOT bring it here. Not only will they ruin it, they don't even take any accountability or even call you back. I dropped off a one of a kind dress that I purchased in italy not to get cleaned - just to get ironed. The dress VERY clearly had extensive pleats. And I asked that the pleats be re-established because it was wrinkled. They ironed all the pleats flat! And ruined the dress. Never had a problem here. I never bring my ultra expensive clothes, just in case, but overall they get rid of all stains without destroying anything.

This location is fine for your normal every day dry cleaning. Please heed my advice-don’t ever drop off leather goods here. They lost a brand new leather jacket of mine in December-they have finally admitted its ‘lost for good’ (5 months later) and I’ve filed a claim-which is taking a very long time. I’ve been told this is a common problem. None of the employees know who the new owner is, so it’s impossible to get a name to contact. I’m out $$$ and am considering small claims.
