Ruined My Silk Blouse They ruined my silk blouse by spot treating (apparently a no-no for silk). The result is permanent white chemical spots. After 3 months of ""trying to decide what to do"" they determined it was my fault because the blouse had a stain and will not pay to replace it. Their mainoffice phone number keeps changing too (mmm....?).
