Hello, I gave my jeans to them for about 25 days to remove stains, but they were unable to do so and returned my pants in the same condition. Of course, the only good thing they did was that they didn't charge me for the work they didn't do. They just put a sticker on them. We tried, but it didn't work.
I have tried a dozen dry cleaners on the North Shore over the last 30 years. Lions Gate dry cleaners are by far the best. They are extremely skilled at handling costly clothing and ask for clarification if an item has issues which may not warrant cleaning. Then you can go next door to see their diligent seamstress/tailor to see if it can be saved.
The quality of care in all aspects of Lions Gate Cleaners is consistent & I am always happy with my clothes after I take them n. I trust LGC to do a great job. I have had bad experiences elsewhere & I always want the best for my clothes.
West Van Lions Gate Cleaners managed to perfectly remove the stain down the front of my skirt, after more than 10 years hanging in my closet. I had put it away without noticing the stain. Thank you, thank you! A great job!
The location is sparkling clean and the service is super quick and professional! All our items somehow looked brand-new after recovering them! Should have tried this place long time ago but I am glad that I did after all and will remain a loyal customer. Price might be slightly higher than some other dry cleaners but it for sure worth it. Thank you.
