Fred Walden worked at the store on Porter off and on from 1959 to 1968. In 1968 he took a job in Texas until spring of 1969. In May of 1969 Fred Walden met his wife Carolyn Walden at Sonic on Lindsey Street. They were married in December and for the first few months Carolyn worked at another job but it wasn't long before she came to work at Waldens Cleaners. Walden’s does super job always. Special spots I have they succeed in getting them out majority of time. They go extra mile. The staff is great. I like the texting to advise me ready for pick up. They’re my cleaners for several years. We had fire 4 years ago Tony was fantastic to get smoke out and safe my husbands clothes.
