Fred Walden worked at the store on Porter off and on from 1959 to 1968. In 1968 he took a job in Texas until spring of 1969. In May of 1969 Fred Walden met his wife Carolyn Walden at Sonic on Lindsey Street. They were married in December and for the first few months Carolyn worked at another job but it wasn't long before she came to work at Waldens Cleaners. Price was very reasonable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Drapes looked great!
Walden’s is a great place to have your clothes done.
Cloths were fine but on a fixed income can no longer afford to pay $10 for jeans and $5:00 for shirts will just have to do them myself for these prices

All dress shirts were clean and crisply medium starched-as requested. The dress pant kackis that were dry cleaned looked good, which is particularly impressive considering the front thighs of the pants were visibly soiled. The employee who waited on me was polite, attentive to me and thanked me for doing business with Waldens.
Walden has always done excellent work on clothing and kind professional customer service.
