I brought a sheepskin rug to be washed. I was told it could be ready by Fri. I was let know later it might not be ready. I explained it was not there problem as I waited to long to bring it in. I got a message on Thursday that it would probably be ready at the end of the day on Fri. I was let know it would be ready. Then let know shortly after noon it was ready. I appreciate the help and keeping me informed.
