Went to pick up my suit (jacket and pants) a short sleeved shirt and another pair of pants I got from Target. I think I almost spent as much to dry clean these pants here than what I paid for them originally. My total for the four items was $33.00. My suit jacket alone was $15.00. I was told they charge $2.00 more for Calvin Cline. This place is very over priced, I don’t think they will last very long in Ladera at these prices. Disappointed. Had to return recent alterations item for redo, and found that my dry cleaning wouldn't be ready for another week. I should have been notified about the delay.
A few days after getting my clothes back, they sent me an email asking me to review their service, and offered a $20 credit to my dry cleaning account if they decided to post my comments on Google or Yelp. Pretty sure that's where all these 5 star reviews are coming from. It's just dry cleaning, guys.
Wish you would share the pricing for garments. $20 to drycleaning one pair of jeans? I’ve been a customer for 13 years.. would love to see pricing.
My garments stink like chemicals and cigarette smoke. I did not pay your exorbitant fees to get clothing that smells worse than when I brought it in.
