I’m still waiting for Claudia to call me back. I’m still Waiting for my Clothing that YOU lost when cleaning it with someone else’s personal items. I am still waiting for a refund and to be compensated for my missing clothing! You lost most of my stuff and then charged me double and delivered it mixed with somebody else’s clothing! Horrible customer service also as Ive tried to remedy this situation many times. I’d love for someone to call me back!
1- very expensive! $87.00 with a 50% discount! It means the regular price was going to be $174.!!! 2- an item was missing. It had never happened to me before. I hope you find it tomorrow 3- I left my clothes on Monday September 12th and I was told to come and pick them up on Saturday September 17th. Everywhere I went before, my clothes were ready after 2 days

Your prices were RIDICULOUSLY high !! 13 bucks to dry clean ONE pair of pants ?!?! Highway Robbery !! I will NEVER come back !!!
I left my bag out for three days in a row and have not gotten a pick-up.
I scheduled a pickup three days ago and they did not come, I scheduled another one today and called them to make sure someone will come. Nobody came. If I knew they would not pickup, I would contact another cleaner.

1. I was told I would get a text when laundry was ready for pickup. Never got one. 2. I brought my laundry in my own bag. When I picked it up, the counter person did not give it back to me. When I got to my car I had to rip open the laundry wrapping to see if the bag was there. The person knew right where it was when I went back in. The laundry itself was fine but these two issues concerned me.
I have gotten the discount on shirts at least 4 times in the past week and some before that. Please remove me from your email list. Thank you
$63 to get 2 suit pants pressed, and 3 suit shirts dry cleaned with low starch. Shocked at check out, and they wouldn’t reduce or help with Bill. The shirts have been getting dry cleaned for 10 years and are part of my regular work attire, never before have I paid so much, and never before have I had issues paying 5 to 7 dollars a shirt. In March I also took four pairs of jeans to get tailored and none of them were properly done.
When I called they said about $7 to dry clean my slacks. When I went to get my pants turns out it was $10. Then I had another pair of pants dry cleaned. The pants were exactly the same except for color. Both Kenneth Cole slacks one black one blue. That one was $8. The lady (not Manuela) tried to claim that these had Inseem or some other bs but like I said the pants were identical except color.
