In general, you provide decent quality work and service, and I am satisfied with those general aspects. Issues with no recourse up to now: 1. I have had complaints from your front line staff that my ring around the collar is not cleanable with laundry and need to dry cleaned. You did great, but your price is too expensive
Very friendly service and excellent job . I got my schedule wrong . So I needed to get my cleaned clothing a day earlier . When I got there to tell them I need pick up one day earlier , the door has closed for the day . But the worker opened door for me and took care my needs. So I could get all my clothing cleaned and picked up a day earlier for my trip . They also did wonderful job to get clothing cleaned and pressed perfectly .
