Absolutely horrendous experience at this dry cleaners and beyond disappointing. I entrusted them with my Prada Nylon jacket only to have it returned to me in a state worse than I can imagine. The inside fabric was completely ruined with irreplaceable damage and the protectant silicone which protects the fabric from rain was burned off. I should have trusted my gut when they told me that they can dry clean this garment no problem and that they have been doing this for 30 years..
