I had sticker shock. I wasn’t aware of how much three dresses would cost to dry clean. Even with a discount, it still cost almost $50! I left your store with a bad taste in my mouth and quite honestly I don’t know if there will be a next visit.
I can't believe you sent me a survey. Charging $9.00 per shirt to dry clean a simple dress shirt is absolutely gauging and a rip off and unconscionable. That is 3x higher than the standard pricing in the area. Your service Certainly doesn't warrant any premium let alone 3x.
Your prices are incredibly high. For your charge just to wash my comforter I could of bought a new one. I fo t think I'll be ISO h your location any longer.
