I have been using your service for over 15 years. In that time you have torn, discolored and damaged several items, but on most cases you tried to make things right by at least not charging me for the damaged garment. Recently while traveling to receive an award at a professional conference I took my suit (which you recently dry cleaned) out of the plastic wrapping to put it on, only to find the zipper on my pants completely nonfunctional. I never received notification my items were ready and the price was ridiculously high for 4 items.
I received a text saying I owed $70.03. When I picked up my order i was charged $130.00 Girl didn’t know what happened. I was in a hurry so just paid and left.
Clothes arrived as said, in great condition.

I dropped off two sets of uniforms and both pant legs had double creases. The uniform shirt creases were not lines up with the bottom holes. I will only use view cleaners if I need something dry cleaned within 24 hours.
Not that good actually. It was the first I did dry cleaning and laundry in this place. They got items price wrong and not so good attitude.
The highest priced dry cleaner I’ve experienced. 3 cloth shirts was 25.00!! OUCH!
I felt I was over charged for all 19 items cleaned and was told by numerous people in the industry that prices were very high. When called and inquired was told that things had stains and were dirty, which is absurd since that is why you are taking them to the dry cleaner in the first place. Will not be returning.
