Clothes were clean for sure. definitely convenient. Stains didn’t come out though and clothes were very wrinkled

The service is good and reliable. However sometimes my white clothes come back slightly blue, and I have also lost 2 pieces of clothing.

Drivers left early on hours multiple occasions. Second semester hours and locations changed making it very inconvenient - a daily drop off location on freshman campus like a bin or something would be way more feasible and just gets picked up EOD instead of having drivers at a location for like an hour at a time.
