1. The app is trash. It never updates and i no longer get notifications if my laundry is ready, leaving in it being in there for a while 2. They never lock my locker. My clothes are always left unsecured and could be stolen 3. One time my white clothes got pink blotches all over them

Slow service. Clothes came back folded inside out. Missing several articles of clothing. Mixed up my laundry with another customer's laundry. Sent back items completely unwashed.
