Pleasant staff, quick drop off, text when ready for pickup, automatic billing to CC, receipt on garments when picked up, excellent job cleaning, quick turn around and reasonable prices. You won’t find any place else nearly as good… I’ve tried others and switched to Tripp.
Great customer service in business as well as automated. The most expensive dry cleaning I have ever paid. Unfortunately, not where I will go again.
A wonderful business addition to Mt Pleasant. We desperately needed a new dry cleaner and Tripps delivered. Service is great, employees very pleasant. The way the clothes are packaged and presented back are so nicely cared for. The only experience I have had thus far is with some sweaters but I expect everything will be nicely done and I have found a new dry cleaner.
Excellent customer service! Greeted with pleasant smile and quick turnaround time on every item. They even got out a stain that another dry cleaner's could not treat. Highly recommend!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our first experience with this location was extremely disappointing. I attended the University of South Carolina and always had great experiences with Tripps in Columbia, which is why I decided to give this location a try.
