Never going there again, I wouldn’t give any star for many reasons: 1- promised to get my shirts on Monday, and never specified anytime of the day since the drop off was Friday morning. However, they said won’t be ready until 5:30 pm and I had to go to work at 2:00 pm 2- have told one of my shirts’ fee is lower than the others, then they came up with apology saying that I was going to call you to let you know they r gonna charge you same as the others 3- The worst thing is; the ironing was terrible plus permanent spot on one... read more

I have always had good results. Always on time and prepared as requested. I do not use them as often as I used to because of a career change, I no longer wear a shirt and tie everyday. I used the pick-up and delivery service for a while and it was also well executed on their part (we had a tendency to forget to put it out for them to grab it). The counter and drive up window service is always friendly too.

Locally owned and operated business have used a few times over the years. Most recently brought in 13 pieces (5 shirts, 2 coats, 3 pants, and 3 silk ties). Everything came out exactly as expected and within 48 hours. Staff is very friendly and learned they have additional services I may look into in the future such as rug cleaning. Price depending on your expectations or how long it has been to a dry cleaners some may consider a bit high. However I think it was reasonable given the quality and time frame on return.

I just made my last trip to Tripp's Fine Cleaners. I have no issue with the quality of the job (it's the same as any other cleaners), but their prices are outrageous! I took six regular cotton button-up short-sleeve shirts to have pressed and my bill was $52.41! Ridiculous! Should you choose to try them, I suggest you ask for a pricing schedule before you drop off your clothes. Update - In response to the owner….
