Tripps’ uses a 3d party for hems and repairs. No price sheet was available. Got 4-pant legs repaired whose hems had come undone. At pickup time was surprise to learn the bill was $119.47 ($29.86 per pant leg). Tripps seems to know this is an issue and gave me no warning about the insane prices. $10-$15 seems to be the normal range. Beware!!
The service is excellent. The only draw back is the limited hours of operation at the Blythewood location. I have never had an issue with the quality my clothes upon pickup.
Had hemming done here. Took 32 days to complete. Was not notified to pick up items.
Took my granddaughter's ROTC uniform Friday morning and received a text at 3pm it was ready. Great service in Blythewood.
I have been using this cleaners for about a year now and I have never had a problem with them. They are always courteous and professional and they do great work.I recommend them to everyone.
