I have been using Tripp's for well over ten years and overall, I have been very pleased with the finished product and always very pleased with the professional and courteous employees. Of course there have been times when a stain didn't come out the first time or I wasn't pleased with the pressing of a shirt, but that was NO problem, for it was sent back through to make sure it was done correctly!! Always treated with courtesy and professionalism by the staff. This past visit I took a pair of black dress pants that had several places of unknown spots and they made the pants look like new-Thank you Tripp’s Cleaners for a job well done!!👍

Very happy. I forgot some shirts here almost 6 months ago. They kept bugging me with texts and emails to pick them up. I’m so glad they did but I totally forgot. Thank you Tripps.

Six (6) phone calls have been promised and zero (0) have been received to resolve the pair of $100 jeans Tripp’s apparently gave to another customer. We have three family businesses so no one knows more than me that mistakes happen. Had this error simply been acknowledged and resolved three weeks ago, I’d still be continuing my nearly two decades of weekly business with this establishment. I recently moved to Irmo and I wanted to find the same store because I trust. Is efficient and quick and informed me when it was ready. Job was well done! Excellent job. I will use this store in the future!
