I absolutely love Tripp's in Irmo near the bowling alley! Always the best service, and with a smile... the way service should be.
I'll start by saying Tripp's does a great job and the people I have interacted with at the Lake Murray store have always been very nice and helpful. But, over the last few years Tripp's has continued to jack up their prices to an astronomical level. They also used to run specials or do coupons. No longer. Just higher and higher prices. There are plenty of other dry cleaners in the area that offer equal, if not better, quality and service; and, much better prices. Happy to no longer be a loyal customer of Tripp's.
My suits came back impeccably clean and pressed. Prompt and friendly service.
Outstanding service don't go anywhere else. Love the staff
They do a great job on clothes (as they should considering how much they charge). I always enjoyed going to Tripp’s until they lost one of my shirts right before an event! I scrambled to find another to make my outfit work and they said they would reimburse me. I found a cheap option for only $25. This happened in October 2022. It is now March of 2024 and even after numerous calls, they have yet to make things right.
