I have been using Tripp's for well over ten years and overall, I have been very pleased with the finished product and always very pleased with the professional and courteous employees. Of course there have been times when a stain didn't come out the first time or I wasn't pleased with the pressing of a shirt, but that was NO problem, for it was sent back through to make sure it was done correctly!! The laundry services provided were exceptional, with garments prepared promptly and without any delays. The Laundry Attendant exhibited professionalism and courtesy throughout the process. Furthermore, the quality of the cleaning was top-notch, particularly evident in the restoration of the whites to their original pristine condition. Additionally, special care was taken with delicate items, such as the Coach wrap, which was thoughtfully hung on a padded hanger for optimal preservation.
$10 for a poorly dry cleaned, medium starch shirt that is still not wrinkle free was disappointing
Always great. The staff at the Irmo location do an amazing job. Beth and Jessica and the lady that fills in from time to time are awsome
