I had a good experience with Tripps. I actually had to leave one location and go to another because I needed alterations done. I don’t thing every location should advertise alterations if they don’t do them on site. Everyone was very, very nice. Especially Mary who did the alterations for me and she was so great. I have some issues with my balance and neither location was designed for people with disabilities. However, Mary was very helpful to me with my balance. Gave been using Tripps going on for 3 or 4 years now we have never had an issue if we need our clothes back the same day they make sure it's ready. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service and my items are always ready on the date/time they say. I also love the text message letting me know when my items are ready.

I have to admit... I have not found a cleaners that does their quailty of work. They cost a little more, but worth it with the end product.
