In the winter I have tried to give my wife a break by having my long sleeve shirts cleaned and pressed. About 10 years later I am very grateful for the consistency of Tripps. They have great customer service even in the midst of an industry with a higher amount of staff turnover. Even though I am somewhat seasonal, the front staff remember me or try quickly to remember me and give me personal care. I have two primary locations I use and get the same at both locations. This was my first time using Tripp’s Fine Cleaners. I received prompt, friendly customer service and my clothing was ready on time, as promised. It’s been a while since I received such great service at a dry cleaner. I will definitely use Tripp’s again.

I am very disappointed at the services I received on today. I took my jumpsuit to be cleaned this morning. A price was never discussed about an up charge because of the name brand. I was told after the fact when I complained about the price. I called Sundee Skipper multiple times only for her to tell me that "Oh we are a fine cleaners(Boutique) and we have thousand of customers and we can't tell every customer the upcharged. Every time I take garments to Tripp's, they come back in perfect condition. All of the buttons are intact and unbroken. Every time! And the staff is friendly and helpful. I used to take my cleaning to a cheaper operation. Many broken buttons later, I started using Tripp's and I never went back to the others. I don't believe they will disappoint you.
