It's been some time (years) since I had last had shirts in for laundering, so I was at first surprised at the cost. But after seeing the shirts, how well they looked (like new!), I realized just how much time and skill was required and I then and now consider the price to be bargain. Money well spent and Tripp's remains my cleaners/laundry of choice!
I have been a long time user of Tripps. Like everything else, prices have gone up. Through the years always very pleasant staff. My most recent, yesterday Amanda, on St Andrews, was very pleasant and got me in and out . My wife thanks you for ironing my long sleeve shirts!
I dropped off a comforter to be washed. Both people I spoke with were very nice. Cost @ $50 which was what I've paid elsewhere. Definitely would use them again.
Do NOT go here. Dropped off bridesmaid dresses and of course anything with a wedding involved is overpriced my friend dropped off the EXACT SAME dress and paid $30 less a piece. Honestly disgusting how people think they can overcharge just because weddings are price gouged. Called and all they said was nothing they could do. Been going there for years but definitely not anymore. Do not go here, you will be overcharged.
OK, I dont usually do reviews but this is something I HAVE to make known to every one living in the Columbia area. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT give your service to Tripps fine cleaners. They are the most UNPROFESSIONAL business I've ever had the displeasure of trying to give business to. The date is July 6th. I have my wedding photoshoot today at 1:30pm.
