I am so grateful to them for the care and attention to detail they applied to bringing my nice wool Peacoat back to life. They had to do a restoration on it because it was in such bad shape. Not only did it look almost as perfect as the day I bought it, but it was done way sooner than I expected. Great work.
Exactly what I would expect from a dry cleaners. Friendly and quick service, I drop off pick up and no damage to clothes. Won't take my suits anywhere else.
Very fast service and nice staff working the store. Drop off on way to work and pick up on way home same day. Couldn't be happier with that. However, be prepared to take it in the shorts when it comes to the bill. Almost $24 to dryclean a 2-piece suit in South Carolina is absolutely ridiculous. Both attendants I've spoken with said coupons are supposedly emailed to customers, but we've yet to see any in the 4 months we moved to the area and used Tripps.
