Dress was perfect when I picked it up. Sachin and Bani formal. Had several stains on it that completely came out.
The dresses that I had dry cleaned were clean, and the only reason I dry clean them was because I wanted to freshen them up, but I did not leave them with any stains or anything that the cleaners needed to correct the reason why I did not give higher rating was simply because of the pricing I was very shocked to find out the price of one dress. Quick, Easy & Friendly service! I will be using them again! When I asked about alterations, the Tripp’s representative gave me a reference of Jackie Lynn’s right up the street & now they are altering 3 garments for me & they too are super friendly! Thank you Tripp’s Cleaner’s Team!!
Cleaning has always been very good except breaking buttons on shirts. My biggest concern is I use TRIPP’S Approximately three times a month. My bill runs anywhere from $70-$175 per trip. My last pick up was $175 for 14 articles. I feel the prices are getting way too high for the amount of cleaning I use Unless something changes in the future such as discount for volume I feel I might have to find a new dry cleaning business. Thank you for your consideration.
Be mindful before sending your nice clothing here. I sent a formal dress for a dry clean and got told that they lost it. A few weeks after they said they would look for it, they called admitting they lied about losing it, and in actuality, the flowers attached to my dress had been removed during the cleaning. Not only were the flowers removed, but they were completely dismantled.
