I took a sleeveless black cocktail dress (silk/rayon) to have dry cleaned for an event two days later. The turnaround time was great as my dress was ready the next day. Unfortunately, the quality of the service at Tripp’s Fine Cleaners was very disappointing as my dress was in better condition before I took it in to have dry cleaned. When I tell you this is the poorest dry cleaning service ever, that’s probably an understatement. This establishment deserves negative ratings for the service they provided. I could have cleaned and ironed my clothes and the results would have been 1000 percent better. I also reached out to have someone to contact me back but they never did. This was my 1st and last time using this place.
My stops at Tripps for dry cleaning services is usually nice. Ive been using your services for six years. The one thing that concerns me is the cost of dry cleaning. It almost makes me feel like throwing my clothes away and buying new ones, instead of taking it to the cleaners. After your services, I feel like I've been taken to the cleaners , instead of my clothes. Grest service, but prices are little out of control.
Staff is always pleasant and I get my clothes back in a timely manner. I have never had any issues with my clothes. Prices went up but that's expected.
Great service. The people are nice and they get your clothes back in a timely manner. I will continue to use them even though there are dry cleaners closer to me.
