I took a sleeveless black cocktail dress (silk/rayon) to have dry cleaned for an event two days later. The turnaround time was great as my dress was ready the next day. Unfortunately, the quality of the service at Tripp’s Fine Cleaners was very disappointing as my dress was in better condition before I took it in to have dry cleaned. When I tell you this is the poorest dry cleaning service ever, that’s probably an understatement. This establishment deserves negative ratings for the service they provided. I could have cleaned and ironed my clothes and the results would have been 1000 percent better. I also reached out to have someone to contact me back but they never did. This was my 1st and last time using this place.
I know things have changed a lot since the covic pandemic came about, but your prices has gone sky high. I have been using your Cleaners for 20 years and never had to pay $23.30 for 1 skirt suit to be cleaned and the other one was $23.85 totalling $47.15. Those two items were over twenty years old, but they were good quality when I bought them. I used to get them cleaned less than $9 bucks 5 years ago. The staff is very polite and friendly, the turnaround time on receiving items back is speedy. I will continue to do business here as a satisfied customer.
My stops at Tripps for dry cleaning services is usually nice. Ive been using your services for six years. The one thing that concerns me is the cost of dry cleaning. It almost makes me feel like throwing my clothes away and buying new ones, instead of taking it to the cleaners. After your services, I feel like I've been taken to the cleaners , instead of my clothes. Grest service, but prices are little out of control.
