Every time I go there to drop off or pick up, the staff are always greeting and friendly. I have not yet had a problem with having my clothes cleaned there. I just hope that their prices doesn’t increase any higher or else I’ll have to learn how to dry clean my own clothes 😂
I dropped my clothes off Monday morning and was assured they would be ready by Tuesday. When I went to pick them up Tuesday at 6:30pm I was told my clothes were not there and they didn’t know where they were. Later Thursday evening I was contacted and told my clothes had been left on the truck but they would be ready to be picked up Wednesday morning. I dropped off my son's ROTC uniform on 12/17 and was supposed to get it back the next day. However, they lost his pants and still can't find it (almost 10 days ago). I understand these things might happen sometimes, but the issue is that nobody has called me about any updates. Each time when I called, their staff or the manager said they would call me back, but it never happened. Today, the store manager told me she's waiting for a response from the general manager about this issue... This is very unprofessional.
First time using this cleaners, my experience was fair. on my initial visit the representative barely acknowledged me when I walked in. On my pick up visit was told my item was not completely ready but should be there the next day. Was able to pick up the next day. Price a bit steep for me but I’m not sure if price is fair or not. Will have to visit other locations to compare.
Dropped off two items and they were ready within two days! Quick turnaround and the individual staff member was very polite. He had a high level of customer service.
