Cleaning has always been very good except breaking buttons on shirts. My biggest concern is I use TRIPP’S Approximately three times a month. My bill runs anywhere from $70-$175 per trip. My last pick up was $175 for 14 articles. I feel the prices are getting way too high for the amount of cleaning I use Unless something changes in the future such as discount for volume I feel I might have to find a new dry cleaning business. Thank you for your consideration.

They are alittle pricy but they always do the best job. You get what you pay for. You want cheap expect less attention to detail. They are my go to for all my suits!

Be mindful before sending your nice clothing here. I sent a formal dress for a dry clean and got told that they lost it. A few weeks after they said they would look for it, they called admitting they lied about losing it, and in actuality, the flowers attached to my dress had been removed during the cleaning. Not only were the flowers removed, but they were completely dismantled. Trips does a great job on my clothes! I really have appreciated the nice people there. They always seem to know who I am when I come in.

First time returning to Tripps after being away for 10 years. Service was great. I also appreciate the quick turnaround time. I’m very pleased.
