Be mindful before sending your nice clothing here. I sent a formal dress for a dry clean and got told that they lost it. A few weeks after they said they would look for it, they called admitting they lied about losing it, and in actuality, the flowers attached to my dress had been removed during the cleaning. Not only were the flowers removed, but they were completely dismantled. First time returning to Tripps after being away for 10 years. Service was great. I also appreciate the quick turnaround time. I’m very pleased.

My wife and I are not from this area but travel here often because our kids live here. We don’t have a good dry cleaner near where we live so we brought our bed spread to Tripp’s. I saw a very nice lady who helped me out. It was back exactly when promised and folded nicely in a protective zipper bag. They did a great job and we will definitely use them again.

Great job all around! Fantastic tune up on my suit. Price is good and the employee was very pleasant. Small hiccup...had to return to store for left out article. Simple mistake. I should of che ked that all items were there during pick up. I was pleased the same employee called to inform me that my tie had been left behind. It's a good thing she did cause I probably wouldn't have noticed until I needed it. I would certainly utilize again.

No complaints at all. Tripp's did a very nice job. We will use them again in the future. Dry cleaning was ready as promised and their text messaging system was great.
