After sharing a not so positive experience with the email discount program, I received a call from the owner. He appreciated my feedback and explained that their new email discount program was very new and the company was working to improve upon the program and make the customer experience much easier to understand and utilize. Let me start by saying Tripp's did a great job in cleaning and getting it turned around in a quick time frame for me which I am very thankful for and were extremely nice. With that being said I was absolutely shocked when I was presented the bill when I picked my clothing up. I had a men's 3 piece suit(jacket, vest, and pants), sport coat, and six shirts cleaned and the bill was $82. Tripp’s laundered 3 large comforters for us over a one week timeframe. Excellent job on these bulky items. Friendly service! Received timely reminder comforters were ready for pick up! Placed them directly in my car! Great job!

We dropped off 15 pieces of household dry cleaning on 6/24 and were told by the manager that the dry cleaning would be done by that Friday 6/29 or Monday 7/1at the latest. We received no notification today 7/1 that the cleaning was done. When I called, the manager told me that four pieces were not done and would be here on Wednesday 7/3. We have out of town guests arriving on 7/2 and we needed the dry cleaned bedding. We are now told that they only do household on Fridays, not told that on 6/24 when it was dropped off.
