We dealt with the Cranston location. But when we picked up our item the studded buttons & cuff links were missing. After several calls to the manager & Jason we did not get any answers so we ordered the same ones from Amazon. Very frustrating situation & no results so we give them only 3 out of 10. N. Anderson.

Great service and very polite. Also the quality of how the items are laundered and end product look is almost like new
As a single mom with persistent pain I am the worst at getting laundry done. Tower cleaners saved me so much time and energy I was able to spend it with my kids. Laundry is clean and folded, even socks! Thank you tower cleaners for giving me back time. I used it wisely.
